Strategy & Operations Manager

GlossGenius is looking for a Strategy & Operations Manager to join our team and help drive measurable business outcomes by turning strategic priorities into operational reality across departments such as Marketing, Sales, and Customer Experience.

Responsibilities will include:

• Drive growth initiatives by testing and validating new acquisition channels, retention strategies, and operational experiments
• Create AI-powered tools and workflows to increase team output and efficiency
• Partner with department leaders to identify growth opportunities and operational gaps, and implement solutions hands-on
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable plans, owning high-impact projects from concept through launch while working cross-functionally
• Run rapid tests across multiple functions and analyze and execute new ideas

You’re a great fit if you:

• Have 6+ years of professional experience with a proven track record of driving results, preferably in consulting, finance, or a related field
• Have experience at a high-growth startup
• Have hands-on experience building with AI tools and systems, and have shipped working solutions
• Possess strong analytical thinking and can design clean experiments and interpret data
• Thrive in ambiguity and fast-paced, unstructured environments with competing deadlines, and can re-prioritize as needed
• Are passionate about empowering small business owners and have a high level of empathy for customers

Total Compensation

The starting base salary for this role in New York is between $140,000-$180,000 plus target equity and benefits. The base salary offered depends on skills, experience, and education.
