```Duties```- Develop and implement employee relations programs and initiatives to foster a positive work environment- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on employee relations matters- Conduct investigations into employee complaints and concerns, ensuring fair and consistent resolution- Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement policies and procedures related to employee relations- Coordinate employee orientation programs to ensure new hires are integrated into the organization effectively- Collect and analyze data related to employee relations metrics, identifying trends and areas for improvement- Serve as a liaison between employees and management, addressing concerns and facilitating communication

```Experience```- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field- Proven experience in employee relations or a similar role- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations- Experience with contract interpretation and negotiation- Project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines- Proficiency in HRIS systems (e.g., Ceridian, Kronos) for data entry and reporting purposes- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $30.00 - $50.00 per hour
