Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant (FP, IM or Geriatrics) – 40 minutes West of Syracuse, NY (Finger Lakes Region) – Auburn, New York

Compensation & Benefits
- Estimated annual compensation range: $130,760–$154,911 , with uncapped productivity income

Qualifications
- Graduate degree as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
- Active and unrestricted New York NP or PA license
- DEA registration
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and communication skills
- Post-acute care experience preferred but not required (training provided)
