Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong certifications and expertise in enterprise technology environments. This role will lead large-scale, cross-functional initiatives across cloud, data, applications, and infrastructure domains, while delivering executive-level insights and ensuring alignment with organizational strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage complex, enterprise-level technology programs
• Collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders
• Develop executive dashboards, scorecards, and KPIs using Power BI
• Prepare and present executive-level reports on project status, risks, and performance
• Track project progress, resource allocation, and financials
• Conduct capacity planning and resource forecasting
• Identify system inefficiencies and drive process improvements
• Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and IT standards
• Coordinate with teams across cloud, data, applications, infrastructure, and cybersecurity
• Support development of strategic technology roadmaps
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives
• Escalate issues and manage stakeholder communications effectively

Required Certifications:

• PMP (Project Management Professional) – Required
• Agile Certification – Required
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) – Required

Preferred Certification:

• ITIL Foundation – Preferred

Required Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-domain IT programs
• Strong knowledge of:
  • Cloud technologies
  • Data & AI platforms
  • Network and infrastructure systems
  • Enterprise architecture frameworks
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Teams, Visio, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with:
  • Power BI (dashboard creation, KPI development, data analysis)
  • Jira and ServiceNow (project tracking and reporting)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (executive-level reporting)

Preferred Experience:

• Experience in public sector or large enterprise environments
• Experience working in highly matrixed organizations
• Background in strategic planning and enterprise architecture collaboration
