We’re looking for a Customer Service Representative who doesn’t need automotive experience, just genuine people skills and the ability to create an incredible experience for every guest.

What You’ll Actually Do (No, You’re Not Changing Oil):

• Be the face and voice of the shop — greet every customer like they’re a guest in your home.
• Answer phones with clarity, confidence, and warmth — never robotic.
• Keep the day flowing smoothly — schedule appointments, update customers, assist with paperwork.
• Manage loaner vehicles — keys, contracts, smiles, done.
• Make follow-up calls that customers actually appreciate.
• Own the vibe — clean waiting room, stocked coffee, welcoming atmosphere. You set the tone for the entire customer experience.

What We’re Looking For:
