Job Title: Clerical Assistant (Bilingual – Spanish Required)

Location: New York, NY 10029

Duration: 8 Weeks (Possible FTE Conversion)

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 12:00 AM–8:00 AM or 4:00 PM–12:00 AM | 40 hrs/week

Pay Rate: $24/hr

Overview:

"Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking Clerical Assistant for an exciting job in New York, NY.

Responsibilities:

• Perform clerical duties including data entry, filing, typing, and preparing correspondence.

• Greet visitors, answer phone calls, and deliver exceptional customer service.

• Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and departmental communications.

• Operate standard office equipment (fax, copier, printer, computer).

• Maintain organized filing systems and accurate records.

• Assist nurses, physicians, and staff with administrative needs.

• Handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

• Support overall office operations and perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Education: High School Diploma or GED required.

• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of clerical or administrative experience; prior medical office experience preferred.

• Skills:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Typing speed of at least 50 wpm.

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities.

  • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.

• Language: Bilingual in English and Spanish (required).
