Admin Assistant

We are looking for a dependable, organized Temporary Administrative Assistant to support our busy construction office. This is a straightforward administrative role that requires someone who is comfortable answering phones, responding to emails, preparing proposals using provided templates, and communicating important information to the owner.

This is a great opportunity for someone with strong organizational skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to keep up in a fast-paced office environment.

Responsibilities

  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls
  • Respond to customer and vendor emails
  • Prepare proposals using company-provided templates
  • Relay important emails and messages to the owner
  • Perform general administrative and office support duties
  • Maintain professionalism while handling multiple tasks throughout the day

Qualifications

  • Basic computer skills (Microsoft Word, email, and internet navigation)
  • Comfortable using the phone and communicating professionally
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Reliable, punctual, and dependable
  • Good judgment and common sense
  • Previous administrative or office experience is a plus but not required

Work Environment

We are a construction company, so our office can be fast-paced and direct. We're looking for someone who is adaptable, able to prioritize tasks, and comfortable working in an environment where things can change quickly.

Pay Details: $22.00 to $25.00 per hour
