Associate - Firmwide Technology Management
Overview
A global investment and technology development firm is seeking an Associate – Firmwide Technology Management to join its New York office.
The firm is looking for a proactive, collaborative, and highly organized individual to work with the chief of staff to the firm’s senior-most technology leadership. This individual will contribute to projects that advance technology leadership’s priorities and effectiveness. The role provides a unique perspective on how the technology organization is run and the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects that shape the direction of technology at the firm.
Key Responsibilities
- Help drive and track progress on the firm’s highest technology-related priorities.
- Conduct research, analyze data and issues, and synthesize findings to inform technology leadership discussions and decision-making.
- Coordinate strategic priorities that fall under the chief of staff to the firm’s senior-most technology leadership.
- Maintain visibility on technology work across the firm and prepare reporting for senior leadership.
Skills, Knowledge & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree or higher in any academic field, a record of professional achievement, and at least three years of comparable experience.
- Demonstrated ability to drive work forward successfully and prioritize effectively.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively with a range of stakeholders across the firm.
- Impressive written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to ask thoughtful questions and clearly summarize technical information.
- Experience managing projects and processes, keen attention to detail, and well-developed analytical skills.
- Sound judgment and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Additional Information & Company Benefits
The expected annual base salary for this position is $150,000 to $210,000. The compensation and benefits package includes variable compensation in the form of a year-end bonus, guaranteed in the first year of hire, and benefits including medical and prescription drug coverage, 401(k) contribution matching, wellness reimbursement, family building benefits, and a charitable gift match program.
