Server/Bartender
H&H Cantina is looking for a part-time Server/Bartender to join our fast-paced, high-energy team. This role is ideal for someone who’s comfortable jumping between the floor and the bar during busy service while delivering great guest experiences.
Responsibilities:
• Assist servers by taking orders during peak service times
• Provide attentive, friendly, and efficient table service
• Prepare cocktails by strictly following house recipes and standards
• Serve beer, wine, and cocktails accurately and responsibly
• Handle POS transactions and cash payments
• Maintain a clean and organized bar and service area
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar team
• Support opening and closing side work as needed
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a server and/or bartender preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
• Strong multitasking and time-management skills
• Must be able to follow cocktail recipes and service procedures consistently
• Knowledge of basic food and beverage service standards
• Team-oriented, reliable, and professional
• NYC Food Handler Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
• Must meet legal requirements to serve alcohol in NY
Compensation:
• Food Service Tipped Employee pay
• Tips
• Part-time shifts available (weekend nights)
