Skin Concept is a boutique Manhattan med spa where advanced aesthetic care meets genuine human caring. Our clients are New Yorkers who spend their lives in control of everything, and come to us for the rare experience of being fully taken care of. We're growing, and we're looking for a Senior Esthetician to join our team.

About the Role

This is a senior, hands-on role for an experienced esthetician who takes real pride in their craft. You'll deliver our most advanced facial treatments, build lasting relationships with a loyal clientele, and help set the standard for skincare excellence at Skin Concept. As a senior member of the team, you'll also mentor newer estheticians and lend your expertise as we refine and develop our treatment protocols. This is a part-time position, 3–4 days per week, and Saturday availability is required.

What You'll Do

• Perform custom facials, face massage treatments, HydraFacials, chemical peels, and microcurrent treatments
• Conduct thoughtful skin consultations and build personalized treatment plans for each client
• Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with a loyal clientele
• Recommend treatment packages and homecare aligned with each client's goals
• Mentor and support newer team members, sharing technique and best practices
• Contribute to the ongoing development and refinement of our treatment protocols
• Uphold the warm, anticipatory standard of care that defines the Skin Concept experience

What We're Looking For

• A valid New York State Esthetician license
• 3+ years of hands-on experience, ideally in a med spa or high-end skincare setting
• Genuine proficiency in custom facials, face massages, HydraFacials, chemical peels, and microcurrent
• Strong consultation skills and a real gift for client care
• A warm, professional, dependable presence — someone clients and teammates trust
• Available to work Saturdays (a consistent, required part of this schedule)
• Knowledge of iS Clinical, Environ, and Forlle'd product lines is a strong plus

Compensation & Benefits

• $35–45 per hour, depending on experience
• Plus commission on treatment packages
