Duties Description Supporting the Floor Counsel and team. Answering phones and taking messages. Data entry, maintaining and organizing various documents. Organizing materials for Floor use. Candidates must be available to work nights. Sending out documents on Session days. Other duties as needed.

Minimum Qualifications The preferred candidate must have an associate degree and excellent written and communication skills. Previous administrative experience of 2 years or more within the New York State Legislature is preferable but not required.
