Production Assembler 2nd shift
2nd shift: Mon-Thurs. 3:15PM-12:45PM, Friday 2:15PM-10:45PM (Every other Friday off)

What You’ll Do
Bring your hands-on skills and a great attitude to help us build the best in aerospace manufacturing. Whether you have prior production experience or are eager to get started, you’ll be trained to:
- Operate tools and equipment to assemble aerospace lighting and panels
- Follow detailed work instructions and blueprints to ensure high-quality production
- Perform quality checks to meet aerospace standards
- Work with a collaborative team to solve problems and keep production moving
- Contribute to continuous improvement efforts and help streamline processes
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
What You Bring
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Great attention to detail, willingness to learn, follow instructions, and be part of a team
- Use basic computer systems and software to track production, document work completed, and follow up on tasks as needed
- Previous manufacturing or assembly experience is helpful but not required

Work Authorization/Security Clearance

Compensation & Benefits:
Hourly pay range: $19.00 - $25.00/hour with 10% shift differential, influenced by several factors including experience, skill set, education, certifications, market conditions, and business needs.

- While performing the duties of this job, the employee is continually required to stand, walk, sit, use hands and arms to pull handles and push buttons and reach objects. - The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
