This role requires close collaboration with engineering, machining, and production teams to ensure that tooling consistently meets performance specifications.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in mold making within an injection molding environment.
- Strong knowledge of mold construction including cores, cavities, slides, lifters, and ejection systems.

- Solid understanding of shop math, including trigonometry, geometry, and tolerance stack-up calculations.
What Sets Top Candidates Apart
- Experience with complex tooling including multi-cavity, hot runner systems, family molds, or tight-tolerance medical/aerospace tools.
- Proven troubleshooting skills with the ability to trace issues to root causes.
- Systems thinking with an understanding of how components affect overall mold performance.
- Craftsmanship and pride in producing high-quality work.
Why Join Us
- Join a stable, growing operation with a consistent demand for tooling and no seasonal slowdowns.
- Engage in complex, high-precision work across various mold types and materials.
- Benefit from a clear development path for machinists ready to advance into mold making.
