Annual Non-Exempt Salary: $37,850

Job Duties:

The successful candidate will be expected to:

• Approve and process participant budgets.
• Obtain documentation to confirm eligibility prior to processing budgets.
• Maintain program for producing budget reports.
• Assist in both fiscal and program audits.
• Address and resolve billing questions related to eligibility.

Education:

• A High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, strong Excel spreadsheet skills.
• Minimum of two years of experience with spreadsheet applications.
• Strong mathematical and organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Able to work independently and with diverse populations and handle sensitive situations.
