Line Cook
About the role
We're looking for a skilled line cook to join the team at Revelie. You'll be the anchor of our griddle station — executing dishes with speed and consistency and keeping the line running smoothly during service. If you take pride in your craft and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, we want to hear from you.
What you'll do
- Own the griddle station during service — timing and heat management
- Prep ingredients and sauces to spec ahead of service
- Maintain food quality and plate presentation standards
- Keep your station clean, organized, and compliant with health codes
- Communicate clearly with the rest of the line and expeditor
- Assist on other stations as needed
What we're looking for
Hands-on griddle experience required - high-volume service
- Minimum 1–2 years of line cook experience in a full-service kitchen
- Strong knife skills and kitchen prep fundamentals
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure during peak hours
- Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Food handler's certification (or ability to obtain one)
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends
