Job Summary:
PBS Facility Service is seeking an Account Manager that will be responsible for managing and supervising a team of doormen, ensuring that they provide quality services to clients. This role requires an individual with strong leadership skills, the ability to make critical decisions, and a passion for problem-solving. The Account Manager will be responsible for training and re-training team members as needed, building a strong team culture, and ensuring that the team meets daily and weekly performance standards.
Job Requirements:
· Supervise and manage the daily activities of the doorman team, including scheduling, training, and performance management.
· Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team of doorman and guards
· Strong desire to work collaboratively with others to achieve personal and company goals
· Ability to think outside the box and solve problems creatively
· Motivation to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
· Excellent communication skills, with the ability to manage critical situations professionally
· Ability to handle and resolve clients complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
· Ensure that all doormen follow building rules and regulations and are in compliance with all safety and security procedures.
Job Description :
· Being available to respond to emergencies or provide assistance 24/7
· Demonstrating the ability to manage time and multitask without direct supervision
· Communicating effectively in English, and fluency in other languages is a plus
· Scheduling personnel and handling emergency requests
· Providing team members with a schedule every two weeks and updating it as needed
· Developing positive relationships with team members and attending team meetings as necessary
· Conducting regular site visits to interact with employees and provide support
· Training new hires and evaluating performance regularly
· Ensuring that employees comply with company policies and building regulations
· Documenting all conversations with team members
· Handling customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
· Reviewing clock-in and clock-out times daily and making necessary adjustments.
