About The Role At Narmi, you'll be part of a mission-driven company that values curiosity, ownership, and collaboration. As an HR Coordinator, you'll be the first point of contact for employees and candidates on many People-related matters. You'll ensure that our processes are accurate, timely, and consistent, while creating a smooth experience for every employee. This is an opportunity to gain broad exposure across HR and People Operations while directly impacting the culture and employee experience at Narmi. This is a hybrid role with an on-site requirement of 3 days per week at our Midtown office. What You'll Do- Manage the logistics of the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, and employee changes.
- Occasionally support the recruiting team with scheduling and delivering offers.
- Administer HR systems and maintain accurate employee data.
- Support benefits enrollment, leave administration, and compliance documentation.
- Assist with performance review cycles, engagement initiatives, and other company-wide programs.
- Serve as a reliable partner for employees, ensuring questions and requests are handled with care and follow-through.
- Identify opportunities to improve processes and recommend solutions that create clarity and efficiency.
- 1-3 years of experience in HR, People Operations, or related work.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal.
- Located in New York City, in office 3 days a week
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, growing environment where priorities can shift.
