POSITION OVERVIEW

Client Services Associate/Receptionist - Albany, NY
The Behavioral Health Center in Albany is see a Full Time Client Services Associate/Receptionist.The position providedadministrative and clerical support to all the services and programs through the Behavioral Health Center staff and the clients served through that Center.

RESPONSIBILITIES

»Answer phone calls that come into the Center and assist callers in reaching the most appropriate person to help with their need., Greetall visitors that come to the Center

»Check in all clients prior to session; verify all insurance information is correct, confirm there are no changes in the phone number or address, and inquire about making a co-payment, collect co-payment and appropriate document.

»Scan and file electronically all documents that are required to be in client's record, following agency protocol

»Assist with maintaining the database of Release of Information that are valid,Print daily, weekly, monthly reports

EDUCATION and/or practice
Requires an Associates degree and one to two years of related practice, or requisite education and practice.
