Description
American Traveler is hiring a travel RN for a Med/Surg position at an acute care hospital in New York, requiring at least 1 year of Med/Surg experience and an active NY RN license.
Details
- Acute care hospital setting, Med/Surg unit
- 12-hour night shifts, 7pm–7am
- Epic EMR used in this position
Requirements
- Active NY State RN license required
- Minimum 1 year of Medical-Surgical nursing experience
- Current certifications required: BLS and ACLS
- BSN preferred but not required
- ANCC Med/Surg certification preferred
Additional Information
- 13-week travel contract
- All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted at the time of consideration — no exceptions
- BLS must be completed prior to being released from unit orientation; BLS renewal is not required once ACLS is obtained
