About the Role

Micah Abigail LLC is hiring a Remote Account Executive to own and manage their own book of business within our growing credit restoration and financial services division.

This is a true full-cycle sales role , not a call-center or inbound-only position. Account Executives are responsible for prospecting, outbound calling, consultations, follow-up, and closing using approved tools and systems.

This role is W-2 employment (not 1099) and is designed for experienced sales professionals who thrive in high-activity, metrics-driven environments and want long-term earning and growth potential.

What You’ll Do

  • Own and manage your personal book of business
  • Conduct high-volume outbound calling (approximately 150 calls per day )
  • Source and work self-generated leads using approved methods
  • Conduct credit consultations and needs assessments
  • Review consumer credit reports (training provided)
  • Present and close credit restoration and Power of Attorney (POA) services
  • Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting → consult → close → follow-up
  • Maintain accurate CRM documentation (Zoho CRM)
  • Use RingCentral and CRM tools daily
  • Meet or exceed activity, talk-time, and revenue metrics
  • Build consistent pipeline and long-term client relationships

What We’re Looking For

  • U.S.-based candidates only
  • Proven experience as an Account Executive, Inside Sales Rep, or Sales Closer
  • Comfortable with high outbound call volume and self-sourced leads
  • Background in credit repair, mortgage, insurance, debt relief, or financial services strongly preferred
  • Strong consultative selling and objection-handling skills
  • Highly organized with strong pipeline management ability
  • Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-oriented
  • Comfortable working independently with accountability
  • Reliable high-speed internet and quiet home workspace

Compensation & Earnings (W-2)

  • Base Pay: $20/hour (approximately $41,600 annually)
  • Commission: $50+ per enrollment, uncapped
  • OTE (Year 1): $70,000–$110,000+
  • High performers exceed OTE through volume and consistency

Performance Expectations

  • ~150 outbound calls per day
