Accounts Receivable/Payables Specialist - Process Tech

Description
The Accounts Receivable/Payable Specialist is responsible for processing Accounts Receivable , Accounts Payable and Order Management as well as other duties in support of the finance department.
Requirements
· Detail Orientated
· Able to handle multiple tasks concurrently
- Maintains strict confidentiality
- Accurate, thorough, complete with tasks
- Excellent MS office skills including MS excel, word, some access
- Previous accounting software experience (familiarity with Syspro a plus)
- Ability to complete tasks on deadline while maintaining accuracy
- Support internal and external customers with any accounting inquiries
Available to work additional hours during peak times (i.e. month end/year-end
