Rose Marie is hiring a Expeditor/Food Runner to join our team!

Expeditor Key Responsibilities:

• Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure the flow of food from kitchen to dining room
• Prioritize tasks and work on most urgent needs first
• Sync 3 stations to prepare food in organized and timely way
• Provide courteous, prompt service to our guests
• Perform expo responsibilities, including preparing dips
• Ensure correct menu items are delivered timely to guests, and take out orders are packed swiftly and correctly
• Ensure items are cleared from tables in a timely manner to ensure an organized dining experience
• Ability to communicate guest requests and effectively handle guest needs
• Help to maintain a clean and presentable work environment
• Maintain a positive, outgoing demeanor during service
• Adhere to company policy and procedures
• Perform other duties as assigned by management

Food Runner Qualifications:

• Previous front of house restaurant experience preferred
• Excellent customer service, service recovery and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing the needs of guests
• Ability to work cohesively with co-workers throughout the restaurant
• Possess a passion for hospitality and a love of the food & beverage industry
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to lift, carry, push, pull and place objects weighing up to 25 lbs. Requires frequent bending, reaching overhead, and twisting. Must be able to stand or walk for an extended period or for an entire work shift.
