Location: Fully Remote ( East Coast candidates preferred )
Job Description:
Our client, a well-established organization, is seeking a Contract Recruiter to support a high-volume recruiting environment . This is a temp-to-perm opportunity ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced hiring cycles and enjoys keeping pipelines full and moving.
You’ll partner closely with hiring managers and HR to recruit for multiple roles simultaneously while delivering a strong candidate experience.
Responsibilities:
Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume roles
Source, screen, and interview candidates efficiently
Coordinate interview scheduling and support hiring managers
Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
Ensure a smooth and timely candidate experience
Meet hiring deadlines in a fast-moving environment
Qualifications:
Prior experience in high-volume recruiting
Strong sourcing, screening, and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions at once
Comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced setting
Preference for candidates based on the East Coast
