Member Services Representative (Temp-to-Hire)
Full-Time | $19.00–$20.00 per hour | Day Shift (9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.)

Seeking a professional, reliable, and service-driven Member Services Representative to support members during roadside emergencies and travel-related needs. This temp-to-hire role is ideal for someone who thrives under pressure, communicates with confidence, and enjoys helping people in moments that matter. Candidates with open availability may also be considered for Dispatcher opportunities at a higher pay rate.

Skills and Requirements
• Handle inbound calls from members requesting emergency roadside assistance or general membership support
• Assist with travel-related services, including trip routing, accommodations, and product inquiries
• Educate members on plan features, benefits, and available resources
• Communicate with clarity, professionalism, and empathy during high-stress situations
• Partner with internal teams to ensure efficient service and continuous improvement
• Strong customer service background with excellent communication and multitasking skills
• Ability to remain calm, confident, and solution-focused under pressure
• A proactive, problem-solving mindset and a positive, service-oriented attitude
• Basic geographic awareness and comfort using mapping tools
• Ability to navigate support software and systems with ease
