Job Summary

Bilt Rewards is hiring a Customer Support Team Member to serve as the first point of contact for members through chat and ticket support. This remote role offers a competitive salary of $50,000–$55,000/year , equity, and performance-based bonuses, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

The position begins June 8, 2026 and requires in-person onboarding in New York City during the first week (June 7–12, 2026), followed by four weeks of full-time training. Candidates must be available from 9AM–6PM ET with 100% attendance during training.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to member inquiries via chat as the first line of support
  • Handle entry-level support tickets related to payments, loyalty, and general questions
  • Triage incoming tickets, identify trends, and elevate complex issues
  • Document member interactions and elevate patterns to senior team members
  • Collaborate with internal teams and BPO partners to resolve issues
  • Develop deep product knowledge through training and ongoing updates
  • Stay informed about product releases and enhancements to communicate benefits effectively
  • Adapt support approaches to diverse member needs and business models
  • Provide exceptional customer service through digital channels

Candidate Requirements

  • Recent college graduate with a bachelor’s degree
  • 0–1 years of professional experience in customer support, operations, or related fields
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in fast-paced environments
  • Team player with the ability to learn new platforms quickly
  • Critical thinking skills and problem-solving mindset
  • Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information responsibly

Compensation

  • Salary: $50,000–$55,000/year
  • Eligible for equity and annual performance-based bonus
