Responsibilities
Responsibilities and Job Requirements:
Services the public sector by providing information on Parking & Transportation items such as: discounted parking passes, parking permits, appeal process/problem resolution, removal of wheel locks, issuance of refunds, and other related duties.
Monitors, answers and transmits radio calls. Dispatches calls for service needed from the field staff. Tracks parking spaces and monitors occupancy, equipment issues. Change signs to reflect when lots are full and communicate to field staff which lots are available for over flow.
Provide clerical assistance such as completing forms, typing reports that support specific offices, maintaining customer files, and other related duties as required. Maybe required to work evening shift when rotating weekend and/or holiday coverage.
Excellent interpersonal, communication & customer service skills expected.
Qualifications:
High School education and 2-3 years related work experience; or an equivalent combination of education experience. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook required.

Pay Range
Pay Range: $15.38 - $21.54
The referenced pay range represents the minimum and maximum compensation for this job. Individual annual salaries/hourly rates will be set within the job's compensation range, and will be determined byconsidering factors including, but not limited to, market data, education, experience, qualifications, expertise of the individual, and internal equity considerations.
