Front Desk Receptionist Responsibilities:• Greet and check in patients in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage phone calls, schedule appointments, and handle patient inquiries
• Verify insurance information and process patient forms
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality
• Support the administrative team with daily office tasks
MUST SPEAK SPANISH.
Requirements:• Previous front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience (medical office preferred)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with scheduling software and Microsoft Office
