Position: Dental Associate
Type: Full-Time / Part-Time

Job Description: We are looking for a skilled, compassionate, and motivated Dental Associate to join our team at Iconic Smiles Dental Boutique. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing outstanding patient care, demonstrating strong clinical skills, and contributing to our positive, collaborative team culture. If you're passionate about dentistry and want to work in a state-of-the-art facility, we would love to meet you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive dental care, including examinations, cleanings, fillings, crowns, root canals, and extractions.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to individual patient needs.
• Educate patients on oral health practices and preventive care.
• Build strong, positive relationships with patients to ensure long-term dental health.
• Work closely with our team of dental hygienists, assistants, and office staff.
• Stay current on industry trends and advancements in dental technology.

Qualifications:

• DMD or DDS degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active state dental license and in good standing.
• 2+ years of experience as a practicing dentist (new grads are welcome to apply).
• Excellent communication skills and a compassionate, patient-focused approach.
• Strong ability to collaborate with a team of dental professionals.
• A commitment to continuing education and staying up to date with the latest dental technologies.

Skills/Experience:

• Experience placing dental implants is a plus .
• Familiarity with implant systems and digital planning tools.
• Proficiency in CBCT imaging, digital scanning, and Biolase laser technology is a plus , but not required.
• Ability to diagnose and treat a variety of dental conditions with a focus on long-term health.
• Open to learning new techniques and protocols, working side-by-side with the dental owner to advance your skills and knowledge.

Available Technology/Tools:

• CBCT (Cone Beam Computed Tomography) for advanced diagnostics.
• Digital Scanner for precision and comfort in impressions.
• Biolase Laser for soft and hard tissue procedures.
