About the Role
A real estate brokerage in Brooklyn is seeking a highly motivated, self‑driven individual to join the team as an Investment Sales Associate . This is an excellent opportunity to launch or grow a career in real estate investment sales within a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
No prior experience is required, though backgrounds in sales, real estate, finance, or investments are a plus. Comprehensive training is provided to equip candidates with the tools, knowledge, and support needed to succeed.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in sourcing and identifying industrial investment properties across the U.S.
- Support senior team members with market research and investment analysis
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, investors, and property owners
- Conduct outreach, follow‑ups, and relationship‑building initiatives
- Assist in preparing sales materials, financial analyses, and investment presentations
- Track deal activity and support transaction processes from start to finish
- Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and investment opportunities
Qualifications
- Highly motivated, self‑driven, and eager to grow professionally
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, goal‑oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Prior experience in sales, real estate, or investments is a plus, but not required
