Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Radiologic Technologist / Radiographer for a 13-week contract assignment in a busy diagnostic radiology department. The selected professional will be responsible for performing high-quality diagnostic imaging procedures while ensuring patient safety, comfort, and accurate image acquisition to support physician diagnosis.
Shift & Schedule
Schedule: 5x8-hour shifts
Shift: Days
Weekly Hours: 40 hours
Compensation
Travel Candidates: Up to $2,800 per week
Local Candidates: Up to $2,400 per week
Key Responsibilities
Perform diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with established protocols
Ensure patient safety, proper positioning, and radiation protection at all times
Produce high-quality images to assist physicians in accurate diagnosis
Maintain imaging equipment and report any issues promptly
Accurately document procedures and patient information
Collaborate effectively with radiologists, nurses, and other healthcare staff
Required Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of General Radiographer experience
Completion of an accredited Radiologic Technologist training program (including military programs)
ARRT Certification: Required
Active state Radiologic Technologist license: Required
BLS Certification: Preferred
