Project Coordinator
Our client, a Construction & Real Estate company, is looking for a Project Coordinator to support various construction projects. The ideal candidate will assist with project planning, scheduling, and resource allocation. They will work closely with project managers and help ensure that all projects are completed on time and within budget.
In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining project documentation, facilitating communication among team members, and tracking project milestones. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are crucial for success in this fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate project schedules and timelines
- Assist in the preparation and distribution of project documentation
- Facilitate meetings and record minutes
- Monitor project progress and report on any issues
- Maintain communication with stakeholders
- Support project managers in resource allocation
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience in project coordination or a similar role
- Proficient in project management software
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
