Responsibilities The Site Manager will be responsible for providing on-site facilities and office services . Other duties include:- Professional and friendly customer service; verbal and written interaction with internal and external clients
- Managing meeting and conference services
- Managing facilities related requests
- Managing mail, office supplies and upkeep of office space including inventory of all items
- Oversight/management of preferred vendors
- Oversee the daily operation of the Office Services equipment
- Managing a team of employees; Oversee employees' performance, provide guidance and support
- Assist in space planning projects; PO Creation / Management
- Light administrative duties
- Maintain all logs and reporting documentation; attention to detail
- Adhere to all safety procedures; p erform other tasks as assigned
- Manage the reciprocal relationship between staff and the organization so that each is successful
- Assist with developing and implementing policies and procedures
- Provide training and learning experiences to the Office Services staff; Conduct regular team meetings with direct reports in conjunction with management
- Minimum of 2 years related experience
- High School Diploma required, some college preferred; authorization to work for any employer in the US required
- Microsoft Office proficiency required
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively work individually or in a team environment; w illingness to cross-train for other job functions
- Ability to meet employer's attendance policy
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs on occasion
