They are currently seeking a Trial Attorney with 2-6 years of trial experience to join our dedicated team. Key Responsibilities:

• Appear in court for various proceedings.
• Take and defend depositions.
• Review records and prepare case analyses.
• Conduct client meetings to discuss case developments.
• Draft legal reports and motions.
• Handle trials with substantial independence under the supervision of senior attorneys.

Qualifications:

• 2-6 years of trial experience is required.
• A valid driver's license is necessary for travel to court cases across the five boroughs and counties including Westchester, Rockland, Putnam, Ulster, Dutchess, Sullivan, Orange, Nassau, Mineola, and Suffolk.
