Position Overview
The Product Planning Lead will lead global product across all Brands and Categories within the IBP Control Tower, connecting merchandising vision to financial and operational outcomes.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

* Orchestrate global product planning processes and lifecycle management.
* Translate merchandising strategies into measurable planning outcomes.
* Support assortment optimization increasing to SKU productivity & adoption rate.
* Partner with Supply and Demand leaders to ensure executable product plans.
* Establish product KPIs linking assortment decisions to margin and inventory health.
* Lead product planning governance forums within IBP.
* Develop analytics-driven product planning capabilities.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

* Extensive experience in merchandising, product planning, or retail strategy leadership.
* Experience at premium or global fashion/consumer brands.
* Strong commercial acumen combined with analytical rigor.
* Ability to operate at the intersection of creativity and operational execution.
