Associate
Develop design studies, diagrams, and precedent research based as part of project team while guiding and collaborating with junior staff. Demonstrate working knowledge of building materials, systems detailing, construction techniques and codes. Support the production of presentations internally. Develop and further curate project narrative. Present design ideas to clients and other externals project team members and contractor teams. Initiate and support the documentation of the project with minimal oversight in collaboration with project leadership and directors. Communicate and coordinate the project design directly with consultants and contractors. Guide the broader team towards solutions that align with project design intent. Initiate design, research and development related to assigned tasks that augment and advance the direction given by the project team. Initiate and complete RFI responses, submittal reviews, and produce design sketches. Participate in consultant coordination both in the office and during site visits and meetings.

3 years of experience in a) Utilizing Autodesk Revit to produce architectural drawing sets, 3D modeling using Rhinoceros, rendering using Enscape and vRay for Rhinoceros, AutoCAD and Lumion. b) Creating presentations and graphics in Adobe Creative Suite mainly utilizing Adobe Illustration, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Lightroom, InDesign and Bluebeam, utilizing Google Suite, Microsoft Office and Sketch up. c) Utilizing knowledge of building materials, detailing, construction techniques and building and zoning codes ORBachelors Degree: Special Skills requirements:
