Audiologist
We are seeking a licensed Audiologist to join a patient-centered hearing healthcare practice in Elmont, NY . This role focuses on delivering thorough hearing evaluations, fitting and programming hearing aids, and educating patients in a collaborative clinical setting. The ideal candidate will bring a combination of clinical expertise, excellent communication skills, and a compassionate approach to patient care. What You’ll Do
- Conduct in-depth hearing assessments and diagnostic testing for patients of all ages.
- Recommend, fit, and program hearing aids and other assistive listening devices.
- Provide counseling, education, and ongoing follow-up to ensure patient satisfaction.
- Maintain precise clinical documentation and patient records.
- Collaborate closely with other clinical staff to ensure exceptional patient care.
- Stay updated on the latest audiology techniques and hearing technologies.
- Support the practice in improving processes and enhancing patient experiences in Elmont .
Requirements
- Doctorate or Master’s degree in Audiology from an accredited program.
- Active Audiologist license in the state of New York.
- Comfortable using audiology software, EMR systems, and diagnostic equipment
- Strong clinical skills with excellent communication and patient-care abilities.
- Compassionate, professional, and patient-focused bedside manner.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the clinical team.
