Salary: $300,000 - $500,000 per year

We provide full-service outside general counsel for business entities and professionals, and represent clients in various industries including technology, television, film, social media, medicine, finance, fashion, architecture, construction, health, food and beverage and others.

Job Details
Qualifications
10+ years of experience litigating commercial disputes.
Licensed to practice in New York, California, Florida, Texas or elsewhere in the U.S.
Portable book of business of at least $400,000.
Experience drafting pleadings, discovery documents, and motions.
Attended court conferences and depositions as first or second chair.
Experience litigating copyright, trademark, or employment matters is a plus.
