Summary: We are hiring an Electro-Mechanical Assembler for a client located in Victor, NY. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity for candidates who enjoy working with tools, blueprints, wires, and harnesses to assemble high-quality electro-mechanical products. Shift:

• Monday – Thursday (4-Day Work Week) ; Choose one of the following shifts:
  • 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM
  • 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM ( Optional overtime may be available on Fridays)

Pay:

• $16.00 – $20.00 an Hour (Based on Experience)

Core Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assemble electro-mechanical products using cables, wires, connectors, terminals, and harnesses.

• Interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, and work instructions accurately.

• Prepare materials and assemble components on workbenches or full-scale build boards.

• Use basic hand tools and measuring instruments; operate equipment as needed.

• Perform inspections to ensure assemblies meet quality and customer standards.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workstation in compliance with 5S and safety standards.

• Collaborate with teammates, quality assurance, and engineering personnel.

• Follow all safety guidelines, participate in training, and complete assigned tasks efficiently.

Skill Levels & Growth Path:

• Level V (Entry-Level): Learns to use documentation and hand tools; develops core assembly skills.

• Level IV (Intermediate): Picks materials, sets up jobs, performs basic testing, and begins to work independently.

• Level III (Advanced): Handles complex builds, assists engineering, trains others, and performs troubleshooting.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required.

• 1 year of assembly, wire harness, or manufacturing experience preferred.

• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

• Basic math and measuring skills.

• Comfortable reading technical instructions and using hand tools.

• Reliable, self-motivated, and eager to learn.

Work Environment & Physical Demands:

• Clean, well-lit, and climate-controlled production area.

• Regular standing, bending, reaching, and use of hands.

• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs as needed.

• Work may involve assembling large components or standing at full-size build boards.
