Job Summary:
As a Front Desk Associate, you are the face of our organization! You are the first point of contact for all guests and help make their stay a memorable one. If you are new to hospitality, Front Desk Associate is a great starting point with huge potential for upward mobility.
Job Specifications:
Starting Wage: $22.00/hr - $24.69/hr
Employment Type: Year Round
Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available
Minimum Age: At least 18 years of age
Housing Availability: No
Job Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional, in-person guest service by creating a welcoming and professional atmospher
- Efficiently manage guest check-in and check-out processes
- Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
- Anticipate and respond to guest needs, requests, and concerns
- Research and resolve guest billing discrepancies
- Coordinate with other departments
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to communicate fluently in English with strong verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly, guest-focused approach
- Proficiency in basic computer systems
- Familiarity with computer hardware and accessories
- Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
The expected pay range is $22.00/hr - $24.69/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
