Project Coordinator
Looking for a Project Coordinator in Schenectady, NY. Join Our Client to orchestrate a modern, sustainable energy grid! Bring your related degree/equivalent, 0-3 years of project experience, and strong Excel skills to help us drive grid reliability and resilience.

work hours: 8am to 4pm
education: Bachelors responsibilities:
- Collect and distribute daily field updates regarding safety, progress, and staffing while maintaining comprehensive dashboards and status reports for internal and customer use.
- Assist with project budgeting, cost tracking, forecasting, and the accurate preparation and submission of customer invoices.
- Track project schedules, assist with updates, and thoroughly prepare for kickoff meetings, execution reviews, and final project closeouts.
- Act as a central point of contact by closely coordinating with field supervisors, technicians, engineering, logistics, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project delivery.
