Job Description & Responsibilities

Join an established group of 15 Surgeons and 6 Advanced Practice Clinicians

1. 1. Certified Cancer Treatment Center based in Cooperstown with multiple regional centers for diagnostic and treatment options
   2. 180-Bed Primary Hospital with Level III Trauma Center
   3. Instant Referral Base provided by over 500 Network Clinicians
   4. Full Support Staff including PA’s with Surgical Residents and Medical Student Interaction
   5. Travel required for regional patient care
   6. State-of-the-Art OR’s including DaVinci Surgical System
   7. No General Surgery/Trauma call requirement
   8. General Surgeons share call coverage for Breast Surgery patients
   9. Salary Range: $355,000-$382,698 plus performance-based compensation. This compensation range represents Bassett Healthcare’s good-faith belief in the compensation range at the time of this posting or advertisement. Salary is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to, qualifications, experience, education, licenses, specialty, training, and fair market evaluation based on industry standards.
   10. Bassett offers Physicians an incentive plan with no earnings cap. Individual performance and productivity can significantly enhance compensation with potential upside realized within the first year of employment.
   11. Sign-on Bonus up to $100,000

Job Qualifications

1. MD, DO or MBBS
2. Board Eligible or Board Certified
3. NYS Licensure
4. BLS Certification Required
5. Breast Fellowship Required
6. DEA Required
