Description

American Traveler is seeking an experienced Emergency Department RN for a 13-week travel contract requiring BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications and a minimum of 2 years of ED experience.

Details

• Work setting is a hospital Emergency Department
• 36 hours per week on night shifts, 19:00–07:30
• Every other weekend (EOW) and every other holiday (EOH) required per department rotation
• No on-call responsibilities
• Epic EMR in use

Requirements

• Active NY RN license required
• Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• Current ACLS certification from the American Heart Association required
• Current PALS certification required; ENPC is also acceptable in lieu of PALS
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department RN experience required
• Must reside more than 75 miles from the facility to be eligible for this position
• COVID vaccination card required for consideration
• Two professional references required for consideration
• Current license verification (Nursys preferred, dated within 30 days of start) required for consideration

• TNCC certification is preferred but not explicitly required
