Training & Development Associate

Kforce has a client that is seeking a Remote Training & Development Associate. Summary: We are seeking a Training & Development Associate to support the design, development, coordination, and delivery of engaging learning solutions. This role partners with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure successful execution of learning programs across virtual, instructor-led, and digital learning environments. The ideal candidate is highly organized, client-focused, and experienced in managing multiple learning projects while delivering an exceptional learner experience. Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and support learning and development projects from planning through delivery
• Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate project updates
• Maintain project plans, timelines, milestones, and risk logs
• Coordinate training programs across virtual, live, and digital learning modalities
• Manage learner communications and provide support before, during, and after training events
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and operational teams to deliver high-quality learning experiences
• Monitor project risks and resolve issues to ensure successful program outcomes
• Track program metrics, KPIs, budgets, and training effectiveness
• Facilitate project meetings, training rehearsals, and review sessions
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and learning program enhancements
• 3+ years of Training & Development, Learning & Development, or Project Coordination experience
• Experience working with virtual and digital learning programs
• Strong project management and organizational skills
• Client-service mindset with excellent communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, and OneDrive
• Self-starter with strong initiative and ability to work independently
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Experience in a professional services environment
• Prior Big 4 experience a plus
• Learning Management System (LMS) experience
