  • Photoshop and enhance spatial views supplied by Physical Design, ranging in fidelity and style
  • Retouch, up-res, and resize a range of design assets for production (print and media)

  • Assist in creating design guidelines and detailed installation guides for fabricators and partners
  • Collaborate and effectively communicate with printers, vendors, and fabricators as needed
  • Ensure design accuracy and quality through production
  • Conduct frequent and rigorous internal print tests; prepare designs for reviews in Studio
  • Help maintain and organize systems for reviewing samples and proofs
  • Help maintain centralized project databases
  • Convey clear status of all files and tasks; help ensure assets are coded, accurate, and organized
  • Ensure project files are structured and organized consistently on the shared Studio server
  • Expand and maintain knowledge of current print production materials, techniques, and processes
  • Assist in designing and maintaining clear presentation decks
  • Contribute to personal growth and support peers’ development

Required Skills & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
  • 2–3 years of professional design experience for physical environments/exhibitions
  • Excellent typographic and layout skills
  • Experience creating graphic systems and design guidelines
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
  • Strong Photoshop skills (e.g., creating high fidelity visuals, retouching, resizing, up-resing, etc.)
  • Figma skills
  • Illustration skills (strongly preferred)
  • Familiarity/experience with Google Slides and/or Keynote
  • Familiarity/experience with CAD, Rhino, Blender, or other 3D visualization tools is a plus

  • Collaborative, proactive, and effective communicator—excellent visual and verbal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while working with a range of interdisciplinary teams

Additional Requirements

  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally
  • Eligibility to work in the United States
  • Ability to work onsite in our NYC studio (hybrid)
  • Primary Residence in the NY Tri-State (NY/NJ/CT) area or D.C. Tri-State (DC/VA/MD) area

Salary: 70K to 80K (contingent on experience)
