About The Role

The Senior Product Manager helps shape and execute the product strategy of Nliven and its related offerings. In this role, you’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver features that bring real value to our clients and their customers. Reporting to the CTO, you’ll play a hands-on role in guiding the product lifecycle from concept to launch, focusing on delivering user-centric solutions. You’ll collaborate with Design, Engineering, and other teams to drive innovation while ensuring the product continues to evolve to meet business goals and customer needs.

This position is full-time and fully remote. Candidates must be located within one of the following states: California, Colorado, Connecticut, Florida, Louisiana, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, North Carolina, South Carolina, Oregon, Texas, Virginia or Wisconsin. Candidates may be required to travel and/or meet up in-person from time to time. There may also be an expectation in the future for hybrid work in a local office.

About You


  • You are a passionate product manager with a proven track record of success in the SaaS space, ideally with experience in the dynamic world of ticketing or e-commerce.

  • You excel at balancing both strategic thinking and tactical execution to bring products from concept to reality.

  • You are experienced in working cross-functionally with engineering and design to drive product success.

  • You bring a deep understanding of the entire product lifecycle, from discovery to delivery.

  • Data is your compass, guiding your strategic decisions and fueling a culture of continuous improvement.

  • You are passionate about customer-centric innovation and continuously improving the user experience.

What You'll Do


  • Be a tireless advocate for our customers, gathering and analyzing feedback to shape product requirements and deliver exceptional user experiences.

  • Stay ahead of the curve by researching industry trends and competitive landscapes, identifying opportunities to expand our product offerings and market reach.

  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success, identify areas for improvement, and inform data-driven decisions.

  • Lead key aspects of Nliven’s product development, collaborating closely with Product, Design, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Service to ensure smooth execution and alignment across teams. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration to enhance the product development process.

  • Develop and implement product strategies that align with the company’s vision, leveraging customer and stakeholder feedback to drive meaningful enhancements.

  • Proactively identify opportunities to expand product capabilities, balancing user needs with technical feasibility, and working alongside Engineering to ensure a thoughtful approach.

  • Partner with the Design team to iterate on prototypes and address challenges, promoting a culture of creative problem-solving and innovation.

  • Collaborate with senior management to create product roadmaps and strategic plans, ensuring alignment with the broader company goals and long-term vision.

  • Write and maintain clear, actionable product requirements documents (PRDs), ensuring they align with product goals and are reviewed with key stakeholders.

  • Work directly with clients to deeply understand their challenges, using these insights to inform product decisions and ensure we’re solving the right problems.

  • Manage resources and budgets effectively, delivering high-quality features while maintaining accountability for timelines and costs.

  • Advocate for your product in cross-functional meetings, representing team contributions and driving forward initiatives that enhance customer experiences.

What You'll Bring

Minimum Requirements


  • Four or more years of proven experience in product management, with an understanding of B2B or B2B2C platforms, ideally complemented by experience in consumer-facing products and/or mobile applications.

  • Understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices.

  • Technical understanding gained through experience working in product or a related field.

  • Master’s degree is a plus but not required.
