Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist to join our team. As a Data Scientist at Florvets Structures, you will be responsible for analyzing complex data sets to identify patterns, trends, and insights that will inform our business decisions. You will work closely with our project managers, engineers, and other team members to develop data-driven solutions that will improve our processes and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect, organize, and analyze large and complex data sets from various sources

- Develop and implement data models and algorithms to extract insights and create predictive models

- Identify patterns and trends in data and communicate findings to relevant stakeholders

- Collaborate with project managers and engineers to develop data-driven solutions that improve project efficiency and quality

- Develop and maintain data dashboards and reports for tracking project performance and identifying areas for improvement

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in data science and bring new ideas and techniques to the team

- Ensure data integrity and security by following best practices and implementing necessary protocols

- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and concise manner

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field

- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar role

- Strong proficiency in data analysis and statistical modeling

- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, and SQL

- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI

- Knowledge of machine learning techniques and algorithms

- Excellent communication and presentation skills

- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- Experience in the construction industry is a plus
