Administrative QA Specialist

Full Time Authorization/QA Specialist
We are looking for a high-energy professional to join our well-established company. This rewarding opportunity allows you to work closely with members of a team; have direct communication with consumers; gather consumer information needed to complete the authorization process and monitor incoming calls to ensure quality compliance standards are met. This professional will also be responsible for performing administrative duties, customer service, and data entry. The primary function of this position is to organize, verify, and input information as well as assist with phone calls and customer support. The candidate must be familiar with MS Excel, Word and Outlook. The position is in a small office environment and requires a high level of accuracy and the ability to work well both independently and in a group setting. A positive work attitude and good communication skills are key components for this position.
General Responsibilities are as follows:
- Answering incoming calls and routing them to appropriate personnel
- Timely follow-up of priority requests from collection and management staff
- Create, enter, and maintain databases. (new account set-ups, file updates and more as needed)
- Prepare letters, reports, and other documents
- Manage reports designed to provide analytical support to management teams
- Reviewing/distributing emails
- Screening and assisting with collection calls and setting up payments in our collections system
- Provide quality assurance to company payment processes
- Provide support to company auditing processes
- Preparing documentation and collection packets for consumers and agencies
- Scanning documentation for electronic storage.
- Assist consumers with completing payment arrangements by gathering confidential information to maintain accuracy by following company/client and regulatory guidelines related to maintaining compliance.
- Collaborate with team members to complete requests or inquires from consumers/clients or agents of the company.
- Daily preparation of compiling data to provide essential reports.
- Provides clerical/administrative support for executive team.
- Recognize trends and opportunities for documentation improvement using strong critical thinking skills.
- Complies with code of conduct and all applicable polices.
- Special projects as assigned/other duties as assigned
Requirements:
- High School Diploma/GED
- Proficient data entry and strong knowledge of MS Office, Email, Internet
- Customer Service/Collection experience preferred
- Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
- Good customer service, active listening, critical thinking and problem solving skills
- Ability to work with confidential documents
- Exceptional time-management skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Outstanding communication skill, both verbally and in written form
- Demonstrate detailed orientated performance in auditing situations, performance improvement skills and multi-project management skills
- Self-directing, highly organized, and well-developed interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and focus on detail
- All other administrative duties as assigned
Job Type: Full-time
Location: In office
Salary Range: $33,280-$39,520 (salary is detrmined on experience)
Payroll: Weekly
