We are seeking a motivated, entrepreneurial, and patient-focused Partner Dentist to join our established, privately owned practice in Binghamton, New York. Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive general, restorative, and preventive dental care.
- Perform exams, diagnose conditions, and develop patient-centered treatment plans.
- Deliver procedures including crowns, bridges, removable prosthetics, and other general dentistry. services.
- Educate patients on treatment options and long-term oral health.
- Maintain efficient workflows while prioritizing patient experience and outcomes.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative team members.
- Contribute to practice growth, leadership, and long-term strategic success.
Qualifications:
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school.
- Active New York dental license (or ability to obtain).
- Current CPR certification.
- Strong clinical and diagnostic skills.
- Excellent communication and patient relationship skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with interest in partnership and long-term growth.
