Outsourced Accountant (REMOTE)

Job Description

Insight Global is hiring consultants for a big 4 firm -- looking for Senior Accountants that have a strong background in client accounting services/ outsourced full cycle accountant work for a multi-client portfolio.

Will support the firms managed service group that specializes in outsourced bookkeeping, accounting, and business intelligence solutions for small and medium sized businesses.

This person will be supporting 5-10 clients, with the primary responsibility to manage the client, and manage the month end close. We are looking for someone who is a problem solver, can work at a fast pace, able to present creative solutions, and do the necessary research depending on the client's needs. Will bring/propose efficiencies to the client after reviewing accounting structure, transactions, etc. This can be a complex and challenging role!

Responsibilities

-Full cycle Accounting and bookkeeping (AP / cash fixed assets / / p&Ls )

• Deliver ALL month end close activities as staff or senior accountant for the end clients

Reconciliations - focus on managing the client and managing the monthly close

Skills and Requirements

Bachelors Degree in Accounting

7-10+ years of Full Cycle Accounting experience 3+ years of recent outsourced accounting/client-focused experience managing multiple clients month end close activities, reconciliations and all full cycle accounting activities

Has used QBO (quickbooks online), NetSuite, or Sage Intacct to generate month end close activities, AP/AR, analyze GL, generate reports/create dashboards for a client CPA
