GENERAL FUNCTION

As a Development & Production Associate, you will support seasonal product creation from Tech pack handoff through commercialization to Bulk PO placement. You’ll be a trusted member of our team reporting into the Development & Production Senior Manager. You will work with the Development & Production director(s) and the entire Product Development & Production team to bring the sweater and shirts categories to market. You will also work cross functionally with design, merchandising, and logistics to execute on the seasonal assortment.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Support Development & Production Team by racking samples for weekly design meetings as well as breaking down afterwards and distributing to respective parties to ensure proper and timely sample processing.
• Help maintain an organized work environment through proper development S/O and sample management inclusive of passing to brand team for lookbook and web photography preparation.
• Work with Development & Production team to develop respective categories from Tech pack handoff to Bulk Production placement.
• Support Development & Production manager where needed from tech pack handoff to commercialization and on-time buy and proactively problem solve in a timely manner.
• Maintain seasonal time & action with suppliers. Follow up on schedule from Strike offs/Protos/Sales Samples/Production.
• Update line sheets and working charts with relevant product development information as need by the Development & Production team.
• Follow all styles in development with suppliers and support day to day communication with the factory.
• Send all lab dips, strike off, bulk approval & TOP comments to the factories and maintain information in production WIPS.
• Communicate with the buy teams to initiate timely ordering of styles in accordance with desired market launch.
• Work with Product Testing and Compliance Team to ensure all properly tested for all distribution territories.
• Actively identify and raise concerns as well as seek solutions during product development as well as bulk production ensuring successful and timely delivery of all products to market.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

• 1-3 years of professional experience in Apparel Product Development & Production
• Excellent organizational, managerial, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite, Mac Mail/Outlook
• Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate ability to process high volumes of work including prioritization of tasks in a timely manner.
• Self-starter, strong work ethic, focus, and attention to detail
• Comprehensive assessment of the brand

Pay Range: 64,132.00 - 96,953.60

Employee pay is determined by multiple factors, including geography, experience, qualifications, skills and local minimum wage requirements.
